The files exist but are empty (length 0). I have a screen recording of this problem but the Forum is carefully designed to prevent sharing of that information (no URLs and not mp4 uploads).
When cached files are invalidated by changing a setting, the clip renders properly, up until a segment is optimized. The gist is that optimized Fusion clips show "Media Offline". There are a number of "Media Offline" related issues on this forum but I could not find one that was clearly related to Fusion cached files.
